Integration services · Dubai, UAE
Your ERP, online store, tax portal and dashboards, finally talking to each other.
We connect NetSuite, Tally or Zoho with Shopify or WooCommerce, your payment gateway, UAE VAT and e-invoicing data, marketing platforms and reporting through one secure, always-on middleware. Orders, stock, invoices and numbers move by themselves, with no double entry.
What we connect
If a system has an API or a reliable import format, it can usually join the flow. These are the ones we work with most.
The system of record for items, stock, customers and accounting.
Other ERPs connected through their API or import format, on request.
Online stores, marketplaces and the counter.
Plus custom POS and B2B order portals.
Money in, and the VAT records that go with it.
Invoice data prepared in the format your tax setup or e-invoicing provider needs.
Ad platforms, tracking and the dashboards leadership reads.
Customer and team notifications triggered by real events.
Use cases
Every paid order from Shopify or WooCommerce is posted to NetSuite, Tally or Zoho as a sales order or invoice, with the right customer, items and VAT. Nobody retypes it.
Stock levels from the ERP are pushed to the online store, the counter POS and marketplaces on a schedule, so you stop selling items you no longer have.
Invoice data is checked and passed on in the structure your VAT records and UAE e-invoicing setup require, instead of being exported and fixed by hand.
Payments and refunds from your gateway are matched to the right order and recorded against it, so finance can reconcile without chasing spreadsheets.
Sales, stock and marketing numbers flow into Power BI, Looker Studio or Google Sheets on a schedule, so the dashboard is current when you open it.
When an order is confirmed, dispatched or delayed, the customer gets a WhatsApp or email update automatically, and your team gets an alert when something needs a person.
How the middleware works
Instead of every system talking to every other, each one connects once to a middleware that listens, translates and delivers.
Step 01
The middleware picks up events as they happen (a new order, a stock change, a paid invoice) through webhooks or scheduled checks.
Step 02
Data is validated and mapped between systems: SKUs, customers, prices, VAT and currencies, so each system receives exactly the fields it expects.
Step 03
The record is sent to the target system through its official API or import format. If a system is busy or offline, the sync is retried.
Step 04
The target's reference number is written back, and every sync is logged, so you can always see what moved, when and where.
Step 05
If something fails, we are alerted and it is fixed or re-run. Problems are caught early, not discovered at month-end.
AWSSecure Middleware, Hosted on AWS
We host your middleware on Amazon Web Services (AWS), one of the most widely used cloud platforms in the world. Your systems stay connected 24/7 without your own servers to maintain.

The middleware runs in the AWS cloud around the clock, not on an office PC that can be switched off.
The integration service is not open to the public internet. Only your approved systems can reach it.
Data between your ERP, store, tax portal and dashboards travels over encrypted HTTPS connections.
API keys and passwords are kept in secure configuration, never in the open code.
Only the ports and addresses that are needed are open, and everything else is blocked.
Regular snapshots mean we can restore quickly if something goes wrong.
We watch the server and the syncs, and we’re alerted if one fails.
As your data and number of systems increase, the AWS server can be upgraded without rebuilding your integration.
We choose the AWS region that fits your needs.
Benefits
Data is entered once, in the system where it starts, and reaches every other system by itself.
No retyping means no typos in quantities, prices, VAT or customer details between systems.
Hours spent copying orders, exporting reports and updating stock go to work that needs a person.
Stock, sales and finance figures stay current across systems, so decisions are made on today’s data.
Your ERP, store and tools stay in place. The middleware connects them; nothing has to be replaced.
Start with the flow that hurts most, then add systems and flows to the same middleware over time.
FAQ
On AWS, in a private, protected setup. Your data moves over encrypted connections, access is restricted, and backups and monitoring are included.
ERPs and accounting systems such as NetSuite, Tally and Zoho; stores such as Shopify and WooCommerce; payment gateways; marketing and analytics platforms; dashboards such as Power BI and Looker Studio; and messaging such as WhatsApp and email. If a system has an API or a reliable import format, it can usually be connected.
No. The middleware sits between the systems you already use. Your ERP stays the master for stock and accounting, and your store keeps selling as it does today.
Yes, as part of the integration we prepare invoice data in the structure your VAT records and e-invoicing setup require, and pass it to your tax or e-invoicing provider's system where it offers an API. We confirm the exact route during planning, based on your ERP and provider.
Failed syncs are retried automatically, every sync is logged, and we are alerted when one keeps failing, so it can be fixed and re-run without losing data.
Each integration is planned around your real workflow, built and tested against sandbox or test accounts first (with tools like Postman), and only then switched to your live systems.
Yes. Most businesses start with one flow, such as online orders into the ERP, and add stock sync, payments, tax and reporting to the same middleware over time.
Share your ERP, store and the flow that costs your team the most time. We'll map how the integration would work before anything is built.
